What is covered, and what counts as new work.
Revisions policy
Approval of scripts, avatar designs, voice settings, and creative direction constitutes final creative approval. Changes requested after production begins that materially alter previously approved elements may be treated as a new production request and may count toward the client's monthly video allocation or incur additional fees. Each video includes one round of minor revisions following delivery.

Once the script, avatar character sheet, voice settings, creative direction and production specifications are approved, substantive changes requested after production begins may require a new video. Examples include

Such requests may be applied toward an additional monthly video allocation or scoped separately at SMP's discretion.
Video allocation policy
Monthly video allocations are provided on a use-it-or-lose-it basis. Unused videos do not roll over to future months and may not be banked, accumulated, transferred, or exchanged for future services. This policy allows SMP to maintain production capacity and delivery schedules for all clients.

Standard delivery occurs within 72 business hours per video.
